BASELINE ASSESSMENT
Introduction
The Baseline Assessment is part of the
Maintenance Services. It provides fully
detailed insight and documentation of
a software application.
The Baseline Assessment serves the
application stakeholder who needs to fully
understand and document the application,
e.g. to be able to maintain or migrate
the application. It also serves the needs
of customers with severe bug and performance
problems.

Purpose of the service
The main purpose of the Baseline Assessment
is to fully document the application,
understand its architecture and its product
quality characteristics. It builds on
the Application Quick Scan which detects problems,
and services to pinpoint the causes of
the issues and find possible solutions.
The Baseline Assessment is needed in the
case migration of an application is contemplated.
